The goal of the Center for Black Health and Wellness is to improve the health of our Black members, elevate their care experience, continue to build trust, create culturally responsive care, and best practices that can be shared across our organization and the health care community.
Primary Care Physician
The Kaiser Permanente integrated model lets physicians focus on patient care. Our physicians have wrap-around practice and administrative support from answering emails to providing follow-up instructions, to helping secure social services for your patients.
